The first day of the ninth month of the year 2016 is a day most people especially Nigerians, wouldn’t forget in a hurry.
Ask me why? We all in the spirit of excitement and great anticipation prepared for the much talked about annular eclipse (although most of us didn’t get to see it).
September 2016 was ushered in with a rare kind of freshness that further explains that it is indeed is a month that should be remembered. It brings with it a sense of reality, as summer holidays are brought to a halt, work resumes for holiday seeker, pupils resume school, other family responsibilities never stop showing up as the real life stares us back in the face.
I am most grateful to the Almighty for the great opportunity to be among the living who witnessed the beginning of this new month, because September, is one month that means so much to me, not because it is my birth month or my wedding month (at least not yet), but because it is in this month that I graduated from Uni some years back.
September also holds some sweet and sour memories for me.
It birthed some wonderful people who mean so much to me and I cannot help but relinquish in the euphoria of being directly or indirectly involved with them.
01/09/16 started with the sweetness of the rains which poured vehemently in some parts of the country, while other parts experienced light showers or no rains at all.
Later in the evening after the rains came the beautiful Rainbow, and that as always, signifies that the ever-present Almighty ‘Sky Daddy’ still got our backs!
Enough said, I look forward to having an amazing month filled with lots of good surprises, improvement (on myself and my set skills), exceptional time out with friends and a lovely bonding time with the family. 🙂
And to our lovely readers, Dahrahsimi wishes you all a month filled with all round groundbreaking greatness.
Happy New Month everyone and always remember to stay fab!
